League Scheduler AI started with one St. Louis indoor sports facility and a problem every league coordinator knows: building a fair season by hand, then rebuilding it every time a captain emails.
Why we built it
Every season the same jobs came round: balancing early and late slots, rotating fields, keeping track of who can’t play when, and typing it all into the booking system. It took hours per league night, and one late change meant starting over.
We worked through those nights with the people who run them, turning their rules and habits into a scheduling method, and then taught AI to follow it, with a strict checker making sure no rule is ever bent. The result builds a season in minutes and explains what it did.
