Your league, set up once
Each league night is its own scheduler, with its start times, fields, game length and divisions saved. Every season you start a new schedule, copy last season’s teams and requests if you like, and go.

Checked, fair, and explained
A separate checker reviews every schedule before you see it. Hard rules must all pass: no team playing twice in a night, no double-booked fields, pinned games and played weeks untouched. Then it’s balanced for fairness across the season.

Change it without starting over
Pin the games you’re happy with, write what should change, and build again. The new version changes as little as possible, and every version is kept so you can compare and go back.
Exports your system accepts
Ready-made layouts for DaySmart Recreation’s Event Import, Excel, CSV, a printable PDF and JSON. Need different columns? The layout editor lets you rename, reorder and format columns, preview the file, and save it for every league.
