How it works
From team list to finished schedule
Six steps, most of which you only do once. A league night can go from blank to exported in one sitting, including your own review.
Set up the league night
Choose the night, the start times, how many fields and how long a game lasts. You do this once per league night, and it's saved for every season after.
Add this season's teams
Paste the team list from a spreadsheet, with divisions and team IDs if your booking system uses them. Or copy the teams from last season.
Write the requests
Type each request the way the captain asked: times they can't play, weeks they're away, teams that share players. Add holidays to skip and any weeks already played.
Press Generate
Pick a build mode and press Generate. The AI builds the schedule in a few minutes, and a separate checker confirms every hard rule before it's shown to you.
Review and adjust
Look through the season week by week. Pin the games you're happy with, write what should change, and build again. Every version is kept.
Mark it final and export
Mark the version you're using as final and download it for DaySmart, Excel, CSV, PDF or your own layout. Come back any time to re-download it.
What the AI does
It reads your league details and requests, places every game across the season, balances early and late slots, fields and opponents, and writes a short summary of what it did and anything it couldn’t do.
What keeps it honest
A separate checker, not the AI, decides whether a schedule is valid. If a hard rule is broken, the schedule isn’t accepted and you aren’t charged. Pinned games and played weeks are checked game by game.
What stays with you
You decide what’s final. Nothing is sent to your teams or your booking system until you download it and import it yourself.
What it costs
Pay as you go: each build uses credits based on the mode you choose, and only if it delivers a valid schedule. Or pick the monthly plan: a flat fee plus prepaid AI usage at cost. Everything else is free either way. See Pricing.
