Recurring leagues that play on set nights at a facility: indoor and outdoor soccer, adult rec, futsal, volleyball, basketball and similar. You tell it your league night, start times, fields and teams, and it builds the full season.

No. You fill in your league details and type your teams’ requests the way you’d write them in an email. The AI turns them into a schedule, and a separate checker makes sure every rule is kept.

Two ways. Pay as you go with prepaid credits and no subscription: each build costs a set number of credits depending on the mode you pick. Or the monthly plan: $100 a month plus prepaid AI usage at cost + 15%, for facilities running several league nights. See Pricing.

Not with credits. Credits are set aside when a build starts and only charged if it delivers a valid schedule. If it fails, you cancel it, or it needs to ask you a question first, the credits go back to your balance. On the monthly plan every build pays its AI usage at cost + 15% from your prepaid AI funds, including builds that fail, which is why the markup is small.

You pay a flat $100 a month, charged to the card you keep on file at the start of each month. AI usage is prepaid: you add AI funds up front, in amounts you choose, and each build pays for the AI it uses from them, at what it costs us + 15%. Nothing is billed after the fact, so there are no surprise bills; when your funds run low, you add more. Contact us to set it up.

New builds wait until you add more; you’ll see how much a build can use before you start it. Your schedules stay available to view and download. If a build ends up costing a few cents more than it set aside, your balance can dip just below zero, and your next top-up covers it.

Every build uses an AI model, and the AI provider charges for each one. We record the exact cost of every build and take it from your AI funds with 15% added, rounded to the cent. When a build starts, the most it can cost is set aside; when it ends you pay what it actually used and the rest comes back. Your Billing page lists each build and every AI call. Say your builds in a month use $40.00 of AI. That’s $40.00 + 15% = $46.00, taken from the AI funds you added. With the $100 monthly fee, that month cost you $146.00, and nothing is billed later.

You can replace it with a new card at any time from your Billing page. While the plan is open a card has to stay on file for the monthly fee. To stop paying, cancel the plan.

Your organization’s owner clicks Cancel plan on the Billing page. New builds stop, and your plan stays open for viewing and downloads until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, then ends. Nothing more is charged, because AI usage was already paid from your funds. That month’s fee isn’t refunded. Unused AI funds stay on your account; see the Refund Policy.

Yes. Ask us and we’ll switch your organization. Any credits you already have stay on your account; on the monthly plan they count as AI funds, $1 each.

It exports a ready-made file for DaySmart Recreation’s Event Import, plus Excel, CSV, PDF and JSON. If your system wants different columns, the layout editor lets you match them exactly and save it for next time.

It tells you which requests clash instead of quietly ignoring one, so you can decide what gives.

Yes. Pin the games you want to keep, write what should change (“move the Hawks out of week 4”), and build again. It changes as little as possible, and weeks you’ve marked as played never move.

Yes. The demo gives you a private copy of a sample league for 24 hours, with schedules already built. Change anything and build new ones. It’s free and needs no sign-up.

Each organization’s leagues, teams and schedules are kept separate from everyone else’s, the site only runs over an encrypted connection, and card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. See the Privacy Policy.
