Privacy Policy

League Scheduler AI is a service operated by Websites by Daniel LLC.

This policy explains what information Websites by Daniel LLC collects when you use League Scheduler AI and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We don’t sell personal information.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, the organization you belong to and your role.
• League information you enter: league nights, teams, team contacts or IDs if you include them, requests, schedules and export settings.
• Messages you send us through the contact form: your name, email, organization, phone (optional) and message.
• Payment records: what you bought and when. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive your full card number.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type and request logs, used to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse (such as rate limits and bot checks) and fix problems.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to run the Service: one that keeps you logged in and one that protects forms against cross-site attacks. We also use Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are used, so we can improve the site. We don’t use advertising cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on, and the Service works the same.

How we use it

• To provide the Service: building, storing and exporting your schedules.
• To process payments, keep your credit statement and prevent fraud.
• To reply to your messages and send service emails such as invitations and password resets.
• To keep the Service secure and working, and to improve it.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run League Scheduler AI, each for that purpose only:

• AI model providers (through OpenRouter): the league details, teams and requests for a schedule build are sent to the AI model that builds it. We don’t send your account login details or payment information.
• Stripe for card payments.
• Amazon Web Services for hosting and storage.
• An email delivery provider for service emails.
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces this site uses and so sees your IP address.
• Google Analytics, which receives page views, the kind of device and browser, rough location and events such as sending the contact form, to show us how the site is used.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Service.

How long we keep it

• Account and league information: for as long as your organization has an account, then deleted on request or within a reasonable time after the account closes, apart from backups that age out.
• Payment and credit records: as long as needed for tax and accounting.
• Demo copies: deleted automatically after about 24 hours.
• Contact messages: as long as needed to answer and follow up.

Security

Every page is served over an encrypted connection, each organization’s data is kept separate from everyone else’s, access is limited to people who need it, and backups are protected. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us through the contact form if you spot a problem.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or get a copy of your organization’s data. Use the contact form and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Children

League Scheduler AI is for league organizers and isn’t directed at children under 13. Don’t enter children’s personal information beyond what’s needed to schedule their team’s games.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top and let account owners know.
