Which should I pick?
Seasonal or occasional builds? Choose credits. Buy a pack when a new season comes round and pay only for schedules you get.
Several league nights every week? Choose the monthly plan. One predictable fee, plus prepaid AI usage at cost. You can switch later either way.
Credit packs
1 credit = $1. If a build doesn’t produce a valid schedule, it’s free.
What a schedule build costs
Pick a mode each time you build. Faster modes suit simple nights; the bigger modes take more care with complex leagues and lots of requests. On the monthly plan the same modes are paid from your AI funds at their real AI cost instead of credits.

Pricing questions
What is a credit?
One credit is worth one US dollar. You buy credits in packs and each schedule build uses a set number, depending on the mode you choose.
When are credits taken?
When a build starts, its credits are set aside. They’re only charged if it delivers a valid schedule. If a build fails, is cancelled, or stops to ask you a question, the credits go straight back.
What costs nothing?
Everything apart from building a schedule: setting up leagues, editing teams and requests, reviewing, pinning games, marking a final schedule, and downloading or re-downloading exports.
Is there a subscription or contract?
Not with credits: you buy them only when you need them. The monthly plan is month to month, and you can cancel any time.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe’s secure checkout. We never see or store your card number. Every purchase and build is listed on your account statement, which you can download.
Running a large facility or many leagues?
The monthly plan is made for you. Talk to us about it and about setup help for many league nights.
How does the monthly plan work?
You pay a flat $100 a month, charged to the card you keep on file at the start of each month. AI usage is prepaid: you add AI funds up front, in amounts you choose, and each build pays for the AI it uses from them, at what it costs us + 15%. Nothing is billed after the fact, so there are no surprise bills; when your funds run low, you add more. Contact us to set it up.
What happens if my AI funds run out?
New builds wait until you add more; you’ll see how much a build can use before you start it. Your schedules stay available to view and download. If a build ends up costing a few cents more than it set aside, your balance can dip just below zero, and your next top-up covers it.
What does “AI usage at cost + 15%” mean?
Every build uses an AI model, and the AI provider charges for each one. We record the exact cost of every build and take it from your AI funds with 15% added, rounded to the cent. When a build starts, the most it can cost is set aside; when it ends you pay what it actually used and the rest comes back. Your Billing page lists each build and every AI call. Say your builds in a month use $40.00 of AI. That’s $40.00 + 15% = $46.00, taken from the AI funds you added. With the $100 monthly fee, that month cost you $146.00, and nothing is billed later.
Can I remove my card from the monthly plan?
You can replace it with a new card at any time from your Billing page. While the plan is open a card has to stay on file for the monthly fee. To stop paying, cancel the plan.
How do I cancel the monthly plan?
Your organization’s owner clicks Cancel plan on the Billing page. New builds stop, and your plan stays open for viewing and downloads until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, then ends. Nothing more is charged, because AI usage was already paid from your funds. That month’s fee isn’t refunded. Unused AI funds stay on your account; see the Refund Policy.
Can I switch between credits and the monthly plan?
Yes. Ask us and we’ll switch your organization. Any credits you already have stay on your account; on the monthly plan they count as AI funds, $1 each.
