Terms of Service

Last updated October 23, 2026

League Scheduler AI is a service operated by Websites by Daniel LLC.

These terms are an agreement between you (and the organization you use the service for) and Websites by Daniel LLC, which operates League Scheduler AI (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, buying credits or using League Scheduler AI (the “Service”), you agree to them.

1. The Service

League Scheduler AI helps you build and export league schedules. You provide league details, teams and requests; the Service uses automated tools, including third-party AI models, to propose a schedule, which is checked against the rules you set before it is shown to you.

2. Accounts

  • Accounts are created by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account.
  • Organization owners and admins control who has access to their organization and what role each person has.
  • Tell us promptly through the contact form if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Credits and payment

Organizations pay in one of two ways, agreed with us when the account is set up: prepaid credits (the default) or the monthly plan described in section 3a.

  • On the credits plan, building a schedule uses prepaid credits. One credit is worth one US dollar of service. Prices and the credits each build mode uses are shown on the Pricing page and before you start a build.
  • When a build starts, its credits are reserved. They are charged only if the build delivers a schedule that passes the checks. If it fails, is cancelled, or stops to ask you a question, the reserved credits are released.
  • Credits are tied to the organization that bought them. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
  • Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • If a payment is reversed (a refund or a card dispute), the credits it bought are removed from your balance, which may go below zero. New builds are paused until the balance is back above zero.
  • To protect the Service, we may limit how many builds an organization can run at once or in a day.

3a. The monthly plan

  • The monthly plan has a fixed monthly fee plus prepaid AI usage. AI usage is what the AI services used for your builds cost us, plus a stated percentage. Your fee and percentage are agreed with you and shown on your Billing page. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before changing them.
  • AI usage is paid in advance from AI funds that you add to your account. One dollar of AI funds pays for one dollar of usage. When a build starts, the most it can cost is reserved from your funds; when it ends, its actual usage is taken from them and the rest of the reservation is released. If your funds don’t cover a build, it can’t start until you add more. If a build costs slightly more than it reserved, your balance may go below zero, and new builds wait until it is back above what a build needs.
  • Usage is charged for every build, including builds that fail, are cancelled or stop to ask you a question, because those use AI too. Each build’s cost is listed on your Billing page. Usage is never billed after the fact.
  • You must keep a valid card on file while the plan is open. You authorize us to charge it automatically for the monthly fee at the start of each monthly period (in advance). AI funds are charged only when you add them. You can replace the card at any time; it can’t be removed while the plan is open.
  • If the monthly fee payment fails, new builds are paused until the open invoice is paid. Your schedules stay available to view and download.
  • You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. New builds stop and the plan ends at the end of the monthly period you have already paid for; until then you can still view and download your schedules. The fee for the current period is not refunded. Unused AI funds stay on your account and are covered by the Refund Policy.
  • Credits bought before moving to the monthly plan stay on your account and count as AI funds, one dollar each.

4. Your data and schedules

  • You keep ownership of the league information you enter and the schedules produced for you.
  • You give us permission to store and process that information, including sending it to the AI providers we use, only so we can provide the Service to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how.
  • Only enter information you have the right to use. Don’t enter sensitive personal information (for example health or financial details) that the Service doesn’t need.

5. Review before you publish

Schedules are generated automatically. While every schedule is checked against your hard rules, you are responsible for reviewing it before you mark it final, share it or import it into another system. We are not responsible for decisions made on a schedule you did not review.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service. For example, don’t try to access another organization’s data, disrupt or overload the Service, get around usage limits or payment, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, use it to send spam, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. The demo

The public demo is provided as-is for evaluation. Demo copies and anything entered in them are deleted automatically after about 24 hours. Don’t enter real personal information in the demo.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and your data backed up, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we make a change that materially reduces what your unused credits can do, we’ll tell you in advance.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue or the cost of rescheduling games.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Ask us through the contact form if you would like your organization’s data deleted.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll let account owners know before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
