Refund Policy

League Scheduler AI is a service operated by Websites by Daniel LLC.

We want you to only pay for schedules you actually get. This is how refunds work.

Builds that don’t deliver are never charged

Credits for a build are only charged when it delivers a schedule that passes every check. If a build fails, is cancelled, or needs to ask you something first, the credits are released automatically. You don’t need to ask.

Unused credits and AI funds

If you change your mind, you can ask for a refund of credits or monthly-plan AI funds you haven’t used within 30 days of buying them. We refund to the original card, for the unused part of the purchase. Bonus credits that came with the pack are not refundable and are removed with the refund.

Used credits

Credits spent on schedules that were delivered can’t be refunded. If you think a schedule was wrong (for example it broke a rule you set), contact us. We’ll look into it and, if we got it wrong, return the credits.

Monthly plan

The monthly fee is billed in advance and isn’t refunded for a period that has started, including when you cancel part-way through; your plan stays open until the end of that period. AI usage is paid from your AI funds at cost plus the stated percentage for every build, whether or not it delivered a schedule, so AI funds already used aren’t refunded. Unused AI funds are refundable as described above. If you believe a charge is wrong (for example a build was billed twice), contact us and we’ll correct it.

How to ask

Use the contact form and choose “Help with my account”. Include your organization name and the purchase date. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Card disputes

Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank; we’re usually able to sort it out faster. If a payment is disputed or reversed, the credits it bought are removed from your balance.
